I try to avoid using jargon where possible, and where it is not possible I explain what it means and why it might be relevant to you. I understand that not everyone is technically minded, and that the world of the Internet can be a confusing place. Often people will deliberately using techno-speak to try and make something sound more complicated than it really is – usually to justify charging you a lot of money. Having worked in IT support I am used to keeping things as simple as possible and am happy to provide any technical support where required. This also includes aftercare – helping you with any problems you may have with a website after it has gone live. This service is available regardless of whether you want me to build you a website or not.
