For a catering business, a well designed menu should reflect the time and effort you put into your food and drink and also very quickly show customers what your values / unique selling points are. The design should convey the price band you are operating in and highlight things such as “home made” or “low calorie” etc. Text should always be clear and legible and it should be flexible enough to allow for changes (i.e. seasonal changes).
